Terms
Net 30 days with approved credit. All orders without credit approval or custom orders are 50% down with order and balance due at time of shipping. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Accounts that are past due are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

Credit Policy
Credit approval is based upon information submitted by the customer. This credit is then adjusted based upon payment history with B&B.

Shipping
Orders are shipped F.O.B. Portsmouth, VA. B&B will Select the shipper unless the customer designates a carrier with order. Every effort will be made to select the best., least expensive carrier possible. Once the merchandise has been accepted by the carrier, free of damage, B&B's liability for damages incurred in transit cease. The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise for damage, notifying the shipper of any damages or shortages, and for filing damage claims with the carrier. this should be handled as expediently as possible.

Cancellations or Changes
Cancellations of custom orders will result in the loss of deposit. Cancellations and changes may be submitted prior to the order of materials and production. Any cancellations or changes after this time may be subject to a proportionate charge.

Returns
Return authorization number must be received from B&B prior to returning merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original packing, freight prepaid, with RA number. If claim is deemed to be justified, B&B ill refund or credit all shipping charges. Cancelled orders will result in a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.

Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for one year on frame parts. Exclusions from this include damage arising from misuse of product and acts of God. Vinyl laminates fabric comes with a limited 3-year warranty against manufacturers defects.

Warning
This product has been manufactured for use as a temporary structure and does not meet structural code. For safety purposes, evacuation is strongly recommended in case of threatening weather, or if there is doubt concerning the safe use of this product. B&B is not responsible for accidents, injury or property damage due to the improper use or installation of these products.

Prices
All prices are effective January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 and are subject to change without notice.
